Enrolments

School Zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones. Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations. You can find more information and answers to frequently asked questions on the Department’s website under School Zones.

How to Enrol

Step 1

Contact the school to collect enrolment packs or arrange for packs to be posted to you.

Step 2

Enrolment Documentation

All student enrolments must be formalised by completing an enrolment form and providing copies of the following documentation:

  • Birth Certificate (English translated)
  • Immunisation Form from the Australian Immunisation Register
  • Proof of Residence (Tenancy Agreement or Contract of Sale)
  • Medical Management Plans (Asthma and Anaphylaxis)

Step 3

Drop off Student Enrolment Form & Supporting Documentation at the reception

All enrolment applications must be handed into the School’s Reception in person along with the supporting documentation. We do not accept electronic copies. Contact the School to arrange a time to drop off your completed enrolment form and supporting documentation between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Once your enrolment form has been accepted, we will book in a pre-enrolment interview with the Principal and you will receive a School Enrolment Pack.

Step 4

Pre Enrolment Interview & Agreement

All new students and their parents/carers are required to speak with the Enrolment coordinator to undertake a pre-enrolment interview.

You will be required to have read and completed the documents below. These documents are to be submitted with your child’s enrolment form. (Buena will supply documents for you)

Each interview is approximately 30 minutes and all interviews and may be conducted over phone, video call or in person. Interview dates and times are confirmed when an enrolment application is submitted in full.
